The FHVAC Youth Corps introduces local teens to emergency medical services through training, mentorship, and hands-on community service alongside our volunteer members.

Youth Corps Holds First Car Wash

On Sunday, September 6, the FHVAC Youth Corps held a car wash at our base from 11 AM to 2 PM. It was the Youth Corps' first event since starting back up, and it was a success.

Our Youth Corps members went above and beyond. Besides washing cars, they cleaned up around the base: pulling the weeds along the side fence by the garage and around Richie Pearlman's memorial, sweeping debris and trash from the front of the base, and cleaning out the inside of the garage. Thanks to them, the base looks its best for our 9/11 services.
